The Porcelain Superstore Promise
We've been delighting our customers for over 10 years with service to smile about!
There’s a simple reason why flagstone tiles are such a popular choice for kitchen floors - they’ll always infuse a home with character and warmth, full stop. And that’s exactly what our Loire Oro tiles are designed to do.
Inspired by traditional French limestone, they’re the kind of flooring you’d expect to find in a farmhouse cuisine in Provence. Think a rustic, tumbled appearance with rich beige tones; intricate veining and beautiful shading; and slightly-chipped edges that mimic the beauty of aged natural stone. And that’s before we mention the large format size - at 60 x 90 cm, it’s the perfect format for both large and smaller rooms alike.
And while they might look and feel just like limestone, these high-end tiles are made from Italian porcelain. This means they don’t require any sealing or specialist care. So with just a small amount of TLC, your new floor will look its best day in, day out - for years to come. We recommend laying the tiles with a slightly staggered joint, for a look that always feels timeless and elegant.

Returns
We’re confident you’ll love our tiles as much as we do, but we offer a 100 day returns policy just to make sure. So if you’re not happy with your new tiles, you can return them to us for a full refund, up to 100 days after receiving your order.
Please note that we can only accept returns on your full order. We can’t accept returns on partial or leftover boxes of tiles. See our returns page for more information.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.
While we recommend using a professional tiler, you can fix these ceramic wall tiles yourself - especially if you're a dab hand at DIY.
Please refer to our Installation Guide for further information.
