The Porcelain Superstore Promise
We've been delighting our customers for over 10 years with service to smile about!
This impregnating sealer is specially formulated to protect crackle glaze tiles against stains from water, oil, grease, soap and other contaminants. It penetrates the porous glaze and forms a clear colourless barrier.
For maximum protection, it should be applied both before and after grouting.
✔ Internal use only
✔ Ceramic tiles with crackled glazes
We recommend applying a minimum of two coats, one before grouting and one after. If you need to cut any tiles using a wet saw, please apply at least one coat of sealer before cutting, to protect the glaze from water stains.
Once the tiles are fixed, apply the sealer evenly to the surface using a micro-fibre cloth. Buff into the surface and leave to dry. You can then grout as normal. Once the grout is fully dry, apply another coat to both the glaze and grout joints.
If you are using dark or coloured grouts, we recommend applying at least three coats of sealer before grouting. Always allow at least two hours before grouting or applying a further coat.
After grouting, you can use LTP Grout Stain Remover to remove any residual grout residue.
This 500 ml bottle will cover approximately 5 m2 with two coats.
