Returns
We’re confident you’ll love our tiles as much as we do, but we offer a 100 day returns policy just to make sure. So if you’re not happy with your new tiles, you can return them to us for a full refund, up to 100 days after receiving your order.
Please note that we can only accept returns on your full order. We can’t accept returns on partial or leftover boxes of tiles. See our returns page for more information.
Our bottle traps are designed to last, and with a little everyday care, they'll stay looking their best. Simply clean with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soapy water, then dry with a clean cloth.
To avoid scratches, steer clear of scouring pads, abrasive cleaners and sharp tools. Scratches are most likely to occur during installation, so it’s worth asking your plumber to take extra care.
