Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.

For a beautiful finish, we recommend that your outdoor tiles are installed by a professional tiler or landscaper with prior experience fixing porcelain slabs.

These outdoor porcelain tiles are absolutely stunning and look really beautiful, but in reality they are not practical at all. Being outside, they pick up dirt from literally everything — rain splashes, garden dust, pets, people walking across them, and even just having furniture sitting on top. No matter how often I clean them, they never look fresh for long. I’ve already spent hundreds of pounds on so-called “special cleaners” and none of them have worked the way I hoped. The light colour is the main problem, it shows every single mark and stain instantly. If I could go back, I would definitely choose something darker or more forgiving. So while they are pretty to look at, light porcelain tiles outdoors are a big no for me — lesson well and truly learned

I ordered the Melrose cream not Melrose pearl which they are asking me to review! Unfortunately this sums up the experience I have had ordering tiles from Porcelain Superstore. From orders not turning up twice to eventually taking delivery of the tiles which were a completely different colour to the sample sent which had to be returned. Then the second order eventually turning up which again was a completely different colour to the sample. On both occasions I received white tiles which is clearly not what was ordered. Very frustrating and expensive avoid.
Really pleased with the tiles I ordered Melrose pearl just what I wanted. On delivery two were cracked in half phoned up sent a photo four were delivered in their place no hassle whatsoever. Great service .
