We understand that when it comes to our homes, everything has to feel just right. And that’s why we offer an incredible 100 days returns policy.

This will give you plenty of time to decide if you like your new tiles - and if you don’t, then no worries. Simply complete our returns form below, send them back to us and we’ll process a full refund for you.

 

Please note that we can only accept returns on your full order. We can’t accept returns on part orders or leftover tiles. All returned tiles must be in resaleable condition.

 

 

To return your order

 

1. Complete our Returns Form below. We’ll then email you our Returns Confirmation form, which contains our warehouse address and our reference number.

2. Send your tiles back to the warehouse address within 100 days of receiving your order. Please make sure that the Returns Confirmation form is clearly attached to all pallets or parcels.

3. Once your order has been received and checked for any missing items or damage, your refund will be processed. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

 

Preparing your return

Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange the return to our warehouse and cover any cost. Tiles can be fragile so we recommend that you return your order to us on the original delivery pallet, using a reputable pallet delivery company.

 

For safety reasons, it’s advisable to securely wrap the boxes to the pallet, to ensure they don’t move during transit. It’s advisable to take a photograph of the boxes before they are returned, as proof of condition in case there’s any damage, once they arrive into our warehouse.

 

Please ensure the Returns Confirmation form is attached to the pallet, to help our warehouse team locate your order.

FAQs

What does resalable condition mean?

When your order is returned to us, the tiles must be in perfect condition and sealed in their original boxes. We can't accept returns on unboxed tiles or damaged boxes.

However, we do understand that you may wish to open a box or two to check your tiles, before deciding to keep your order or not.

Can you recommend a courier?

We recommend using National Pallets or speaking to a local ‘man and van’ courier.

Why can’t I return leftover boxes or part of my order?

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on leftover boxes or partial orders as we move batches very quickly. This means that by the time you come to return your order, we might not be able to add these tiles into our live stock.

Furthermore, our returns policy is focused on sustainability. We find that the most environmentally friendly option is to keep tiles as spares, for any potential repairs in the future. This will ensure the tiles will not need to be completely removed and replace in future years, if the product is no longer available.

Alternatively, there are plenty of local groups such as Gumtree or Facebook where you can resell or donate the tiles locally.

Will I receive a full refund?

You will always receive a full refund for your returned order, unless any tiles are damaged or missing when they arrive into our warehouse. For this reason, we recommend taking multiple photographs of your returned order, immediately before it is collected by your chosen courier.
